The EJ-301 Electronic Warfare Aircraft is based on the air frame of PD J-300 Supersonic Business Jet with subtle changes including countermeasure suite, electronics and sensors, and RAM(Radar absorbent material) coatings. The EJ-301 can be used for Suppression of Enemy Air Defenses SEAD, Electronic Warfare (EW), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT)
⦿ EA-17 Warlock Electronic Warfare Attack Aircraft
The EA-17 is based upon and is nearly as capable an attacker as the A-17 Warhawk II attack aircraft but with subtle and important differences. The causal observer would notice firstly the black color caused by the RAM coating and second the round nose of the Warlock vs the sharper nose of the Warhawk. This is due to electronics in the nose being more advanced in the Warlock. To accommodate these electronics, there is less room for 30mm DU ammo, but still a decent amount can be carried. The RAM coatings do not make this a stealth aircraft but aid in missile countermeasure effectiveness and creating a clear environment for signal jamming and intercept. In addition this version sacrifices some speed. It makes up for this with a second crewman and powerful on-board jamming electronics, radar seeking radar, and sensors. The EA-17 is the premier SEAD aircraft in The Phoenix Milita air force.
